Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Confidentiality Guarantee
GlobalRecovery is committed to securing user personal data and sensitive cyber-forensic files. When you submit transaction records or trace request tokens, you place complete trust in our custody. Below are details outlining how your operational data is verified, protected, and shared solely with recognized legal compliance frameworks.
1. Forensic & Personal Information We Collect
To initiate an asset tracing audit, we collect details related to the suspected fraud. This includes cryptocurrency transactions, originating and destination wallet addresses, transaction hash values, corresponding bank details (SWIFT, IBAN, bank wire receipt logs), communication logs with suspected fraudulent agents, and basic identity parameters.
2. Ledger Data & Identity Preservation
All submitted evidence logs are securely stored. Digital tracer chains, transaction maps, and client case identities are fully protected. Under no circumstances is case information traded or commercialized. We preserve client confidentiality under strict forensic operational standards.
3. Data Retention & AES-256 Storage Limits
Cases are encrypted natively using AES-255 standard protocols. Data sits in sandbox partitions. For cases designated as active, files are kept for the duration of the litigation/escrow freezing period. Unviable case directories are purged within 14 business days of initial screening.
4. Law Enforcement & Exchange Compliance Cooperation
We share verified transaction ledger trace outputs with tier-1 cryptocurrency exchange compliance departments, banking institutions, and law enforcement agencies exclusively to facilitate swift assets and accounts freezing. We do not provide public access to internal research structures.
